About / The operator
I became interested in the machinery long before AI made it fashionable.
My work has moved from content systems to enterprise adoption, content operations, orchestration, operating models and AI-enabled execution.
The thread is not a job title. It is the question of how organizational intent becomes work that people can actually do — with the right decisions, systems, behaviours and feedback.
Marketing and content have been the primary proving grounds. They are complex enough to expose the operating layer: many stakeholders, global and local tensions, platforms, governance, reuse, speed and the human work of adoption.
Today I focus on the design choices between strategy and execution. The goal is not to add complexity elegantly. It is to find what should change, what should disappear and what the system needs to make possible.
The System Between is where I document the working models, failure patterns and redesign principles shaped by years inside complex global organizations.
